RECENT PROJECT
In my most current job, I work as a contractor for Katy Independent School District (KISD) on their Help Desk team. I was brought in slightly ahead of when teachers and other administrators returned to work for the Fall 2018 school term. In my time at the KISD Help Desk, I averaged about 12 calls a day that either I, myself, took care of or I assigned it to the right personnel at KISD who could take care of the issue. I gained the respect of my colleagues for the breadth of my knowledge (hardware, OS, programming) and how well I knew about each areas.
